At ohora, we want you to love your salon-quality manicure, so we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, used semi-cured gel strips or opened LED lamps cannot be accepted for return.

Package Your Items
Securely pack the unopened products in their original box to ensure they are protected from UV light and damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
